Many women don’t ask for help, but that doesn’t mean they don’t need it. You don’t need the perfect words. Just share her story.

Nomination Criteria

To be eligible, nominees should:

• Be between ages 30-65
• Identify as a woman
• Be experiencing a significant life transition or hardship
